We want you to love your Ashyashop purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

  • Inspection & Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
